My heart goes out to those of you who have strong memories and ties with him and his family. It is never easy for the Lord to call a loved one home... Good memories always out weigh the bad ones if there are bad ones to weigh, a glad heart is always better then a sad heart.. Blessings to you all.

I went to school with Danny beginning in fourth grade. I always considered Danny to be a very good friend and have several fond memories, from recess baseball at North Waco to football thru junior high and high school. I am sure that he will be truly missed by everyone who ever knew him. My condolences go out to all of his family.

I am saddened to hear about the passing of Danny. I remember him from high school. What I recall was that he was a tough-looking guy, but was very gentle and kind. He always said hello to me whenever we saw each other. He left way too soon. May God be with his family and comfort them. Blessings.

Today several of Danny's old friends from Waco High attended his memorial service. It is so hard to say good bye to people we loved and cared about through the years.

Many of us hold sweet memories in our hearts of our friendship with Danny. He was always like a big protected brother to me through school, especially at Waco High. He was always so caring about others and such a sweet friend to have. Many of us have gone to school with Danny from our elementary years, junior high days and until May 1971 at Waco High!

Danny's niece spoke of her love for her Uncle Danny, as a very giving, funny, and loving man. My heart is sad to know we have to say our good byes to another classmate and old friend. Rest in peace Danny, you were loved!

I spoke to Danny's wife, Pam on Monday morning. I expressed my condolences and explained that being so far away in Washington State I would not be able to attend his memorial service. She was gracious enough to explain that he went suddenly and peacefully. My prayers are with his family and friends. We will all be at that great Waco High reunion in heaven someday. Until then - God Bless.

I remember Danny well. He was a solid athlete and a good student and a great friend. I know that heaven will be made just a little better with Danny being there to greet us. I pray for his family that they will be comforted by the power of Jesus' death and resurrection from the grave. Respectfully, Rev. Wayne T. Pick.
