Thank you for letting us know about your mom, Laura.  I am so sadden to read of your loss.  I have been checking our site often wondering about several classmates and Laura was always one I looked for.  Your mother was such a sweet, precious person.  Laura and I were in Golden Voices together.  Our class of 1971 was a close group and had love for each other.  Your mother will be missed by so many of her classmates.   Again, I am so sorry and I will pray for you during this difficult time.

I was checking the WHS website last night in hopes of seeing if any of our classmates that we haven't heard from had joined us. I was shocked and saddened to hear about your mother. I wish for you to know that your mom was loved by all and that she always brought a smile to our faces. I had a few classes with her and she was very smart and witty. It goes without saying about how pretty a person Laura was. I will pray for you and your family after such a loss. She will be missed by a lot of friends at Waco High.

Laura was a very beautiful person inside and out.  I had several classes with her and she was always smart and helpful to anyone who needed it.  Laura was so kind and caring, and always wanted others to feel like they 'belong' to whatever she was involved in. I was so sad to hear about your Mom.  She was such a precious girl - beautiful and such a great sense of humor.  I remember her smile being contagious. You could be in a bad mood and see Laura and you would feel better and forget about why you were in a bad mood in the first place.  God's bless you and your family - She will be missed!
